This handsome lad is Sterling. He is 11 days old in these pictures and as cute as a button. Sterling is the son of Elizabeth and Michael and the grandson of my good friend Nancy. Sterling has a big brother named Harrison, whom I have photographed before. I'm going to attach one of my favorite Harrison photos at the end of Sterling's pictures so you can completely enjoy all their adorableness!

It has been a long time since I've posted on my baby/kids blog. I've been photographing high school senior sessions and weddings instead of children. :) However, babies have reappeared in front of my camera and I'm so glad!
The first is 15 day old Brianna, daughter of Jennifer and Paul. She is completely adorable, of course. Here are a few shots of her on her 15th day of life.
New babies are the sweetest thing. I just love them. :) Happily, I had the chance to photograph 7 week old Andrew just a couple of days ago. He was the sweetest of sweet, and not one peep out of him! Andrew's mommy was featured on my blog a few weeks ago and invited me back to take some photos of her son. He was perfectly at home in front of the camera...and loved being outside. Check out those big eyes!
Katie and I spent this morning with some great parents and children from the Forest Oaks neighborhood. The occasion was breakfast with Santa. I'm not sure Santa ever saw any breakfast, but I do know he saw a lot of super cute kids! We were there taking photos of the kids visiting with Santa. It was a lot of fun and made me miss the times when my children were little...then it also made me glad they're grown up. ;)

Gillian has been posing for me since she was very small. She is a beautiful young lady and reminds me a lot of myself - except she's cuter! ;) I couldn't resist playing with one more of her pictures. Here she is with a texture added.
Meet my four youngest nieces. They've starred on the blog from time to time, but rarely do I get to have them at my house in Austin. They came yesterday for a combo Thanksgiving/Aunt Lisa's birthday celebration and I made sure to grab a few minutes with them and my camera.
Three of my nieces were adopted from China. I can't tell you enough about what they bring to our family. Nor can I tell you just how much they ARE family. :) I'm so glad we have them and, of course, the fourth and oldest, Gillian.
Gillian is 11 and her sister Darcey is 7. They live fairly close to me so I get to see them more often than the other two. Grace is 10 and Annabel is 11. They live in Dallas so I don't get to see them as often, but it's always fun when I do. Annabel has only been a part of our family since August and has made amazing progress with her english as well as adapting to life in Texas!

I have been pretty lucky lately and gotten to work with such cute little boys! Today I met up with Nicholas and his mom and dad. Nicholas is three and loves trains. He is totally adorable and did I mention how cute he is? ;) Maybe I'll just let you see for yourself. I'm only adding two previews tonight

John is one of those sweet, happy, and very excited two year old's that would rather play than have their picture taken. :) So we played. John and his mom came up from Lockhart for playtime and I really appreciate them coming to me! Here are some previews of John:
Sweet, sweet baby... have you heard that song? It keeps running through my head after spending a little time with baby Connor. All of three weeks old, he's sweet, squishy, bright eyed, and just adorable. Connor's mommy, Mollie, was in the studio a few weeks ago for some maternity pictures. It's fun to see the before and after!
